TalentSeeker Collaborates with KAIST on Innovation for Efficient Talent Acquisition
TalentSeeker, through the Startup Growth Technology Development Program, has been conducting joint research with KAIST since August to develop an innovative system that supports companies in hiring top talent.
The goal of this research is to create a system that automatically collects and refines resume information from various online activities of job seekers, such as blogs, social media, and portfolio sites, to recommend the best candidates to companies.
Through AI-powered data analysis, TalentSeeker ensures an accurate match between a job seeker's abilities and the requirements of the hiring position, thereby maximizing the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Real-time data collected from job seekers is integrated and managed, with AI technology analyzing this information to help companies quickly identify suitable candidates.
This system enables companies to rapidly secure top talent, addressing the issue of talent acquisition imbalance and contributing to enhanced competitiveness.
The research is scheduled to continue until September of next year, with KAIST designated as the research institution overseeing the development. TalentSeeker is presenting a new growth model that connects companies with exceptional talent using big data and AI technologies.
